I experienced one of the most difficult times of my life after my car accident. Every person I dealt with was absolutely amazing. I felt like a priority. John Paulson was probably thrown off by my candor at times but with a few laughs, he always stayed with me and professional. I never felt like I was dealing with an attorney, I felt like i was dealing with someone who was realistic and looking out for not just me, but my families best interest. I also want to call out Nell Jones for making sure the communication felt sincere, even though I was a bother in the last few days of my case. I know an organization like y’all deals with a lot of clients, and yet, I still felt like I was at the top of the list.
