I am choosing to stay anonymous based on my case situation so I write this review very vaguely and off another account. I do recommend Huffman and Huffman for personal injury, although there are a few things to keep in mind before you commit with them. You need to make sure your insurance (health) is up to date. Any hospital/ doctors visits you have, medications or treatments you receive NEEDS to be documented. This will help you to receive the best offer but keep in mind EVERYTHING is SITUATIONAL. what applies to one case may not apply to the other. You may have to call your insurance company many times just to get the ball rolling. You will need patience, as any legal process won’t be finished within the next day of you signing papers to get everything started. My case took 9/10 months, start to end which I thought was pretty quick based on my situation. Huffman and Huffman may have multiple attorneys who are reviewing your case. I had about 2 or 3 but after the last few months I was mainly reached out by Zach who made sure I understood everything going on as it was happening and ensured I can contact him regarding any questions I had about the entire process/ dealing with my insurance company. This was my first time going through the process with an attorney and they made everything as clear as day for me. I thank everyone who was involved with my case. I’d recommend them to anyone whose been injured and willing to handle a lengthy process of what I described above.

Well, it kind of stinks that GEICO only had a max of 30 K. Never seen that for an insurance or personal injury, but I’m not an insurance person. But I never got a response. Are they still looking at going after farmers for the other 30? I know farmers was trying to play a game, with their policy. H&H is working g hard to fix that

I was in a car accident on 2/24/24. I reached out to Huffman and Huffman and they were on it from the jump. Bill came out to my job to talk to me and from there I was in contact with my case manager Ashley who was amazing.
