Charles A. Huffman III is a Senior Partner at Huffman & Huffman. Charles has more than 36 years of experience as a practicing attorney and co-founded Huffman & Huffman more than 25 years ago. His concentrations include Personal Injury, Automobile Accidents, Medical Malpractice, Negligence, and Maritime Injury Claims.
 
Charles earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech in 1967. He earned his Juris Doctorate from University of Richmond’s T.C. Williams School of Law in 1971 and immediately went into private practice in Newport News. He is admitted to practice law in all Virginia Courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. He is a lifelong resident of Hampton Roads, and resides in Newport News.


Bradford W. Huffman

Bradford W. Huffman is a Senior Partner at Huffman & Huffman. Brad has more than 25 years of experience as a practicing attorney and co-founded Huffman & Huffman more than 25 years ago.
 
Brad earned his undergraduate degree in Business from Christopher Newport University. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. He was admitted to practice law in Virginia in 1982. He is admitted to practice law in all Virginia courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. He was born and raised in Hampton Roads and currently resides in Newport News with his wife and two sons.


Keith Denslow

Keith is an associate attorney with the firm whose practice involves representing personal injury and wrongful death claimants and plaintiffs.  He is admitted to practice law in all Virginia Courts, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.  He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Georgia State Bar.  Keith, a lifelong resident of Norfolk, currently resides in that city with his wife, Jane, an art teacher with the Norfolk City Public Schools, and their two children.

Keith earned his bachelors degree from the College of William & Mary in 1976.  He attended law school at Mercer University and graduted with a Juris Doctorate in 1982.  Following his graduation, Keith obtained a commission in the United States Naval Reserve where he served in the Judge Advocate General Corps in the command services, trial and claims departments.  Following his release from active duty, Keith joined Breeden, MacMillan and Green in Norfolk where he represented insurance companies and insured drivers and homeowners in litigation involving personal injury and wrongful death.  Before joining Huffman & Huffman, he practiced with John W. Brown, PC, in Chesapeake for more than 15 years and represented claimants in all phases of personal injury and wrongful death claims throughout the state. 


Keith J. Leonard

Keith is an associate attorney with Huffman & Huffman and concentrates his practice on the litigation of plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice cases. Prior to joining Huffman & Huffman, Keith practiced law for several years in the Hampton Roads area.
 
Keith earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Old Dominion University in 2000, and his Juris Doctorate degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2003. He is admitted to practice law in all Virginia courts, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Keith is a lifelong resident of Tidewater and currently resides in Chesapeake with his wife and son.


James S. McMahan

James S. McMahan serves as Litigation Manager for Huffman & Huffman. James has more than 20 years of law firm experience and has served in various capacities, including Chief Investigator, Paralegal, Litigation Manager, and a member of the Senior Management Team for a prestigious law firm in Norfolk, Virginia.
 
James also served more than 10 years with the Norfolk Police Department, where he started out as a Uniformed Foot & Vehicular Patrol Officer and quickly advanced to Investigator in the Detective Division and then to Investigator for the Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office. He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association (Paralegal Section).
